Right now my two options are community college and UCLA CS/Data Theory out of state at full price. I'd accumulate around $10k in debt a year, so by the end of UCLA I'd have $40k in debt. How's the return on investment of a UCLA CS degree, considering their location in California and their ranking as a top 15 CS program. Vote.
